Subcontracting Opportunities for the John Hancock Replacement High School and ACG's Educational Learning Laboratory and Community Sustainability Hub

Come to this special luncheon where you will hear from representatives from: K.R. Miller Contractors, All Masonry, Legat Architects and UrbanWorks to let you attendees about subcontracting opportunities with the Public Building Commission of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools for the John Hancock Replacement High School. This state of the art college prep school is a 178,000 SQF new construction, located in the Midway area and has a projected scope of $74M. It is slated to open for the 2021-2022 school year.

*Just Added* The Academy for Global Citizenship (AGC) is constructing an Educational Learning Laboratory and Community Sustainability Hub. AGC is a nonprofit incubator for innovation in education located on Chicago’s Southwest side. AGC has developed a new model within their K-8 public school, rooted in whole-child learning, and environmental education. The Academy for Global Citizenship, currently located in two buildings near 47th Street and Cicero in Chicago, will be consolidating its facilities into a new state of the art campus. The facility is designed for the highest level of environmental sustainability and is comprised of three buildings and a working agricultural site. The buildings include a school, a research institute and a working barn.
